Senior Counsel – Practice areas included various types of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and energy-related matters.  Bankruptcy work  included representation of debtors, creditors and trustees. Primarily first chair experience with complex cases.  Responsibilities included all aspects of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, workouts and extensive client development and contact.  Served as deputy in charge of Houston bankruptcy section for 3 years.  Responsibilities also included supervising and mentoring associates.
