Arthur I. Navarro

Mr. Navarro brings 17 years of experience practicing exclusively in intellectual property law with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation and patent venturing.  Prior to co-founding Navarro Huff, PLLC, Mr. Navarro held several positions in various organizations including acting as patent counsel for a startup company innovating a new class of products in the electro-static discharge area, as head of the IP section of a mid-sized Dallas, TX law firm and as head of his own firm which he founded, grew and operated for years during the hey days of the telecomm and Internet eras.  Mr. Navarro’s first years as a lawyer were spent as an associate at a small IP boutique.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Navarro worked as an electrical engineer for Compaq Computer Corporation designing products for the telecom industry.

   * Representation of patentee in infringement matter involving enforcement of drill bit patents resulting in judgment of $41 million for client.
