Danielle Harris-Baker is an established trial lawyer who regularly appears in the Massachusetts Probate & Family Courts regarding all aspects of divorce, separation, paternity, contested custody matters, adoption, guardianships, and complaints for contempt, post-divorce modifications, abuse, and domestic violence cases. Danielle’s domestic relations practice includes drafting, enforcing and defending pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and advising and advocating for clients in complex custody and visitation matters, relocation/removal, same-sex divorce, and cohabitation agreements.

Danielle also counsels and represents clients in connection with alimony, child support, spousal support, childrens’ rights, estate administration and juvenile law cases. Danielle has particular expertise in multi-faceted custody matters and divorces with complex assets. Danielle’s clients range from low-income to high net worth individuals throughout Massachusetts.

Routinely appointed by the Court, Danielle serves a Probate and Family Court Conciliator for divorce, modification, and contempt proceedings, and a Guardian ad Litem in divorce and custody disputes. Danielle is often recognized for her dedication and expertise, most recently honored with the Middlesex Probate & Family Court First Annual Sheila E. McGovern Appreciation Award and the Anti-Defamation League Krupp Young Leadership Award.

Prior to the formation of Wilchins Cosentino & Friend LLP, Danielle was an associate with the former Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins where she focused her practice in domestic relations. Previously, she gained substantial trial experience in all areas of family law litigation, probate litigation, and domestic relations at a small family law firm.
